That’s why we offer a 90-Day Service Guarantee.

If you enroll in one of our programs and no questionable negative items are removed from your credit reports within the first 90 days, you may be eligible to request a full refund of the fees paid during that time period. (Doesn't include onboarding fee)

This guarantee does not mean your entire credit profile will be fully restored within 90 days, but you should see measurable progress during that time. If no removals occur, we believe you deserve the peace of mind of knowing your investment is protected.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 90-Day Guarantee, clients must meet the following conditions:

• Remain enrolled in the program for at least 90 days from the date service begins.
• Maintain active status and timely payments during the first 90 days of service. (Zero Late Fees)
• Avoid adding new negative accounts or derogatory items to your credit report after the program begins.
• Provide required identity verification documents within five (5) days of enrollment. (Onboarding Process)
• Follow reasonable requests from our team necessary to complete the credit review and dispute process.

Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted between day 91 and day 120 after the first payment that activates your account.

Once a request is received, our team will review your credit reports and account history to verify eligibility. This review process may take up to 30 days to complete.

If the review confirms that no questionable negative items were removed during the first 90 days, a refund will be issued in accordance with the terms of the guarantee.
